the complimentary breakfast was quite decent, and it saved us time and money during our busy business trip. the location was quite convenient, and we were able to walk to most of our appointments. Lastly, the cleaning staff did a good job of keeping our room tidy.

We did not have the best experience at this hotel. We were disappointed that the air conditioning was not functioning correctly, and it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The room had a lovely balcony. A fitness area is available for guests. St patrick's cathedral is a stone’ s throw away.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was also very comfortable. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a nice addition. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and will definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised when we were given a suite for no extra cost at check-in, and the staff was consistently polite and helpful during our visit.

I really enjoyed this hotel, the desk personel were excellent and very helpful. We were early and they invited us to leave our bags and have the great continental breakfast. Nice variety, beautiful dining area.We were surprised by the gorgeous black and white room, it was a little small but functional. They arranged for airport pickup, it was nice so we would definately stay there again.

There was no sign outside, so we could not find it and walked past a block before having to ask someone where it was. We were not the only ones. Why not advertise the name of the hotel????? Are they ashamed of it? The requested rooms for the event we attended - a wedding- seemed to have been overlooked, with the guests getting a better room than the bride., So read the requests please!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded us to a quiet room when we requested it. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The location was perfect, as it was close to the 6 subway line and within walking distance of many attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent.

The room was functionnal, we were on the 7th floor and it was very quiet even on Madison st. New York It was close to everything, the staff was nice and helpful, great stay thank you!

Staff could not have been any more helpfull, also breakfast in the upstairs of the penthouse started each day on the right note - very enjoyable, with even better views of the city.

Our room was perfect for my 2 sisters and me; a suite made our weekend just perfect! The staff were totally professional and warm at the same time. Whenever we came into the lobby or went up to the penthouse we felt like we were coming home.
